Business Valuation

Business owners continually utilize our business valuation services to assist them in buying and selling businesses, corporate planning, obtaining financing, complying with federal tax laws and resolving disputes. Because these services are important to our clients, we continue to invest in this practice area. We have appraisers who hold three of the most sought after business valuation designations including the ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser), ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation) and CBA (Certified Business Appraiser.) Our training, which began for our lead appraiser in 1986, continues each year. Our affiliation with 80+ appraisal firms around the country, as a 1999 charter member of the Financial Consulting Group (FCG), keeps us at the forefront of this dynamic practice area. Although circumstances sometimes dictate the level of service and type of report required, we frequently provide appraisal consulting services at a lower cost. We believe our broad range of services allows clients to get the help they need at a price they can afford.
