Firm Profile

2014 Final Seidel Schroeder is an accounting firm with offices in Brenham, College Station, and Sealy, Texas.  The firm was founded in 1967 by Otto Lehrmann.  In August of 1979, the current partnership was formed and the original firm merged into it.  Eleven CPA partners, Wade F. Seidel, Robert L. Emshoff, William H. Holle, Michele Kwiatkowski,  Joyce Chandler, Arty Brieden, managing partner, Jodi Jones, Amanda Stolz, George McCoy, Duane Muehlbrad, and Michelle Zschech own the firm, which is a leader in accounting services in central Texas.

We provide a full range of accounting, tax, auditing, management advisory, retirement plan administration, bookkeeping, payroll, estate planning, and business valuation services.

We employ over seventy-five employees, which includes over 25 CPA's in our three offices combined. The firm is a member of the AICPA and the AICPA Center for Public Company Audit Firms.
