Seidel, Schroeder & Company is an accounting firm with offices in Brenham, College Station, and Sealy, Texas. The firm was founded in 1967 by Otto Lehrmann. In August of 1979, the current partnership was formed and the original firm merged into it. Nine CPA partners, Wade F. Seidel, managing partner, James R. Schroeder, Robert L. Emshoff, William H. Holle, Michele Kwiatkowski, Joyce Chandler, Arty Brieden, Jodi Jones, and Amanda Stolz own the firm, which is a leader in accounting services in central Texas.We provide a full range of accounting, tax, auditing, management advisory, retirement plan administration, bookkeeping, payroll, estate planning, and business valuation services.
We employ over seventy-five employees, which includes over 25 CPA's in our three offices combined. The firm is a member of the AICPA and the AICPA Center for Public Company Audit Firms.
