Michele K. Kwiatkowski

Michele K. Kwiatkowski is the partner in charge of the audit department of Seidel, Schroeder & Company.  She graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Accounting.  Michele has been a CPA since 1991 and has over 20 years of auditing experience with Seidel, Schroeder & Company.  She has experience in auditing a variety of industries, including financial institutions, governmental entities, contractors, nonprofit entities, and employee benefit plans.  Michele is also responsible for the firm's financial statement quality control.
