Wade F. Seidel

Wade F. Seidel is the managing partner of Seidel, Schroeder & Company.  He graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University with a degree in Accounting. Wade has been a CPA since 1975.  He has over 35 years of experience in public accounting.  Wade's experience includes representing companies and stockholders in mergers, acquisitions, and sales of businesses.  Additionally, he has expertise in negotiating buy-ins, buy-outs, dissolutions, purchases, and sales of professional practices.
