William "Billy" H. Holle

William H. Holle is a partner in the tax department of Seidel, Schroeder & Company.  He graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA in Accounting.  Billy has been a CPA since 1978.  His experience includes federal and state tax compliance for individuals and businesses; consultation with stakeholders in acquisitions and sales of business entities; advising clients in the formation and selection of business entities; and preparation of compiled and reviewed financial statements.  Billy is also experienced in installing and operating various computer applications.
