Seidel, Schroeder & Company is an accounting firm with offices in Brenham, Bryan, and Sealy, Texas. The firm was founded in 1967 by Otto Lehrmann- in August of 1979, the current partnership was formed and the original firm merged into it. Seven CPA partners, Wade F. Seidel, managing partner, James R. Schroeder, Robert L. Emshoff, Donald G. Winkelmann, William H. Holle, Jackie Schroeder, and Michele Kwiatkowski own the firm, which is a leader in accounting services in central Texas.

We provide a full range of accounting, tax, auditing, management advisory, retirement plan administration, bookkeeping, payroll, and business valuation services.

We employ approximately fifty-two full-time employees which includes nineteen CPA’s in our three offices combined. The firm is a member of the AICPA and the AICPA Center for Public Company Audit Firms
