She has extensive valuation expertise having performed hundreds of enterprise and equity interest appraisals in conjunction with gift and estate planning, transaction advisory (M&A), ESOP, litigation, and lending purposes for entities. Amber works with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, private equity groups, attorneys, and wealth advisors serving a wide range of industries. Her previous experience includes public audit practice, small business accounting, and tax preparation. She also served as an accounting and finance instructor for the University of Arkansas. Amber graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with degrees in Accounting and Finance. She is accredited by the American Institute of CPAs in Business Valuation and is also an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers. Her professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), BDO Alliance – Business Valuation, Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Estate Planning Council (Central Texas and Dallas) and Houston Estate and Financial Forum (HEFF).
