Amber Widener

Amber is the Partner leading Business Valuation at Seidel Schroeder. She has extensive valuation experience having performed hundreds of appraisals in conjunction with gift and estate planning, transactions (M&A), ESOP,  litigation, and lending purposes for entities in a broad range of industries. Her previous experience includes public audit practice, small business accounting and tax preparation. She also served as an accounting and finance instructor for the University of Arkansas. Amber is accredited by the American Institute of CPAs in Business Valuation and is also an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers. She is a presenter of various valuation topics to attorneys, CPAs, business owners, and college students.

Being the wife of a former Navy officer, living in nearly half a dozen states, and working for both Big 4 firms, as well as smaller, regional firms, Christie knows the value of personal connection in all relationships.
